Inteligencia Artificial en la Investigación: Tecnología, Aprendizaje para Emprender

Abstract

La inteligencia artificial (IA) es un sistema diseñado con el objetivo de crear comportamientos similares a las personas, en las máquinas para la percepción, el razonamiento y la acción. Y ha aumentado de forma significativa en el ámbito de las tecnologías emergentes. El crecimiento del número de publicaciones, a lo largo del tiempo, evidencia su relevancia en el ámbito educativo y la innovación.

La inteligencia artificial permite la experimentación digital y la innovación. La educación emprendedora, por su parte, se visualiza en las investigaciones. Clasificaremos los estudios revisados en tres aspectos: impulsores de la innovación, impulsores de la educación emprendedora e impulsores sociales.

Cada vez más, la inteligencia artificial (IA) es adoptada por el ámbito educativos para innovar, y esto se refleja con mayor frecuencia en trabajos académicos. Para ilustrar, evaluar y mapear la investigación en la intersección de la IA y el emprendimiento, realizamos una revisión sistemática de la literatura (RSL) de trabajos publicados indexados en las bases de datos Clarivate Web of Science (WOS) y Elsevier Scopus (la muestra final incluye 1448 artículos). Se empleó un análisis bibliométrico para mapear el campo focal en términos de temas dominantes y su evolución a lo largo del tiempo.

Mediante el uso de coocurrencias de palabras clave y técnicas de acoplamiento bibliográfico, generamos percepciones sobre la literatura en la intersección de la investigación sobre IA y la educación para emprender. Aprovechamos los hallazgos de la RSL para proporcionar un resumen actualizado del trabajo científico existente en el área de investigación focal y para desarrollar un marco interpretativo que arroje luz sobre los impulsores y resultados de la adopción de la IA para emprender. Identificamos factores económicos, tecnológicos y sociales de la adopción de la IA en empresas dispuestas a innovar. También descubrimos factores competitivos y organizativos de las empresas, así como factores de innovación como resultados clave de la implementación de la IA. Concluimos este artículo desarrollando una agenda para futuras investigaciones.
