Abstract

The Faculty of Law of the Continental University continues investing on the diffusion of legal contents, to let that the different actors of the community can identify the analyses and proposals of solution that our collaborators realize with respect to the diverse phenomena relevant to the law.

Now, this edition of legal notebooks Ius and Tribunalis has been publish along with the coordinated work between the editorial team of this publication and the Civil Association Quaestio, the purpose is the Cultural promotion in the field of law through production of content and conducting academic events of interest to the community in general.

Because of this, from this magazine we express our gratitude to its members: Katya Gutarra Sotelo, Cynthya Cayo Ramos, Jhonattan Armas Prado, Isaac Arteaga Fernández, Paulo Castro Flores, Nataly Castro Flores, Poul Palacios Pérez, Dante Torres Altez and Julio Salomé Castro. All of them, outstanding professionals of the law who —in their respective specialty lines— are developing different activities and dedicating an important part of their time to the dissemination of content.

We are convinced that this alliance will be able to generate the necessary synergy for the accomplishment of activities of great impact for the national and international community, promoting a state in which both the professional of the right and the common citizen have the correct knowledge of the dynamics of our legal system.
