Abstract

Over the years, the need to regulate business, economic and administrative relations has allowed the field of action of the professional career of law to diversify; Currently, more and more lawyers choose to specialize in other branches of law other than the civil or criminal sphere, favoring a specialization in construction, consumer or business law. Thus, the author, based on his experience acquired in the exercise of the profession as a lawyer specializing in State contracting, explains how professional practice is related to the process of contracting a public work.
